Welcome to KinesisFlow ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KinesisFlow platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using KinesisFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use KinesisFlow. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Account Types

KinesisFlow supports:

• Individual accounts
• Studio / Organization accounts

Studio accounts may invite team members and assign roles. The studio admin is responsible for actions taken by invited members within the organization.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use KinesisFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Misuse AI features to deceive, impersonate, or defraud others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all creative works, videos, designs, CV data, and materials you upload to KinesisFlow.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, and display your content
• Use it solely to provide the Service (e.g., portfolio display, AI processing)

We do not claim ownership of your work.

Platform Content

All platform software, design, branding, and systems belong to KinesisFlow and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

KinesisFlow includes AI-powered tools (e.g., portfolio generation, CV generation, AI workers).

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are assistance tools, not professional or legal advice
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

Trust-But-Verify Payment System

• Users may receive provisional access after submitting payment proof
• We reserve the right to manually verify payments
• Access may be revoked if payment verification fails

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Blockchain & Third-Party Payments

Where blockchain or third-party payment options are offered:

• Transactions are final once confirmed
• We are not responsible for blockchain network delays, errors, or losses
• You are responsible for complying with local financial regulations

9. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep KinesisFlow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

• Modify features
• Add or remove services
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes.

10. Termination

You may stop using KinesisFlow at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Required by law or security concerns

Termination does not affect rights or obligations already accrued.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KinesisFlow is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Your use of KinesisFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
